Tres Barksdale, a 6-foot-2, 183-pound wide receiver from Solon (Ohio) High School, has been added to the 2012 Michigan State football roster as a preferred walk-on, according to an announcement made Tuesday, Feb. 7 by Spartan head coach Mark Dantonio. The men's swimming and diving team heads to Iowa City this week to compete in the Big Ten Championships, Feb. 22-25. The four-day event will be held at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center Pool on the University of Iowa campus.
